And your theory works today? Fulham already relegated 1 vs Cardiff with it all on the line 0. Cardiff's recent form would also disagree, sure they might have played better in games but in the end they still lost. Sure teams work harder, but if you don't have the quality you still wont win. Closer games perhaps, even some draws.
I sort of understand it. It's a bit like in a game when one team dominates but doesn't score until the 80th minute then suddenly the other team is dominate. It's nothing to lose, desperate to get something mentality. Can't see any team doing that for ninety minutes though.
Given I've seen it loads and loads yes. Yes they are **** but when you've got to play them you've got to play a lot harder than you would playing them earlier in season. Today cardiff were away. If you look at their overall away form it is utterly atrocious. So was Huddersfield and Fulhams. That also comes into things. It's not a theory it's got loads of examples every year where sides who are snuggly mid table are more straightforward than these **** teams putting everything on line. I'm just glad we weathered the little storm there was in Cardiff with our quality and didn t get caught out. Spurs have their all v city. 10 utd players tried hard v city. We somehow expect burnely to put it all on the line now they are safe though.... my view on this is it's at turf moor and on tv so both count so what but once city score it'll be game over I can't see them too bothered as long as it's not 6 or 7.
A Leper walks into a bar. An he sees Man Utd's, David de Gea, sat on a stool. So the Leper sits down beside him. Noticing the Leper he suddenly moves away. “Hey, why you moving”..??? asked the Leper. “Cos, I might catch something.” said de Gea. “I f*cking doubt it.” retorted the Leper.
Apparently when Sanchez gets paid this month Utd will have paid him £30m in wages for the 30 games he has appeared in, some being only as a sub. So £1m a game, surely one of the worst returns ever for a player.
4 point gap. Means next weeks games are then deciders. Cardiff v palace (palace better away for some strange reason) Arsenal v Brighton Simply put it's all or nothing for Cardiff now. Win or just then it's up to Brighton to scrap at arsenal....
Simply put Cardiff need to win their last two games..............Brighton are safe with a point Games finished 1-1...................Biscan will be chuffed
Brighton need 2 points to be safe safe. if cardiff don't win then Brighton result is irrelevant. say Cardiff draw. that's a 3 point gap and a vastly inferior gd with 1 to go.
Don't bother I only pointed out Brighton needed more than 1 point and he got all defensive. Clearly you've wound too many up this weekend. Very touchy round here
They are a championship side that made it to the big time, that side never really changed. Can’t knock them for being the last team relegated while playing with a championship side.
That was my point. Doesn't matter if they desperately need points, the team with the quality will probably win. Sure there will be a freak result every now and then, but overall the worst teams lose (and get relegated) and the better teams win. And add the pressure of desperation to win the game, probably makes it hard to actually win.
