I either sit in the Kingsland or the Family Stand & I'll take the Family Stand every time - the kids are happy and having fun there and don't give off the impression that they've been sentenced to be there. Like I do.

I like to make noise, so it's the Northam for me every time.

Me to. I’ve not said before because there’s quite a lot of negativity on here about Northam but where my son & I sit or more often stand, all around are very positive towards all Saints players & team in general. I don’t know any of them outside SMS but they are cheerful lot, all ST & love Saints. That’s one of the reasons I wouldn’t like to move. We’re only 8-9 rows from the away support & I love the banter. Sometimes it’s a bit aggressive but very rarely. Alfie (5 & 3/4 yrs old <cool>) my grandson, seems a bit overawed on occasions he’s been but definitely loves it - skipped all the way from ground to Station pub after Arsenal game (as did I, iirc!). Hoping for more of the same tomorrow. COYS.

I went to The Oval yesterday expecting a bit of cricket between showers, but once the covers came off at 11.00, it stayed dry all day <ok>

So I’ll set off from London with confidence tomorrow

I remember going under the west stand when I was a kid and could not get down the front. From my position at the back I only occassionally saw the ball between the heads of the people in front and the underneath of the stand. Still worth every penny. Great atmosphere.

We are so spoilt now with a 32,000 all seater stadium with no restricted views whatsoever. So yes, anywhere is good.

The soundbites from Ralph are really raising my optimism for tomorrow. Assuming he has the same effect on the players, we will romp home!

Be interesting to see what the atmosphere is like in the new ST area, crossed my mind that it might partially be an attempt to improve the atmosphere at that end of the ground.

you are a psychopath that enjoys and indeed wants to look into the whites of the eyes of the away end supporters and see first hand their sorrow as saints inflict misery on them before they start their sad long journeys back to their respective **** holes that they frequent.

I bet you've even sat in with the away suportres just for the sick thrill of it. Imagine secretly celebrating whilst surrounded by opposing supporters. Its sick.

You think the Northam is full of soft southern ****s really don’t you!

Ha! Not quite just it’s just a better atmosphere than the chapel and I’m too quiet for Northam. Haven’t actually been in the Northam apart from once when we played Birmingham in really dull 0-0 sometime before we got relegated to the championship (I think can’t remember when exactly). Rarely get the chance to go to games myself (hence the name sofasaint). Nothing beats watching actually being there to watch a match though I would never sit with the away fans I would end up giving myself away!

I've been berated for being too quite in the Northam, I usually shuffle into the Kingsland North these days.

My plan to get into the WHU game in the home seats is going well though. What could possibly go wrong?

It is strange that when the Chapel had those clacker things they made more noise than the Northam but they were ridculed by the snobbish elite.

Question: How long after kick off can you go through the turnstiles?
