    Good Morning Everyone

Just supposing Leeds don't go up in the play offs, offers are bound to come in for our stars!

If you were the Chairman, would you accept these offers?

    Jansson 6m

    Douglas 1.5m

    Alioski 2.5m

    Roofe 7m

    Bamford 6m

    Klich 4.5m

    Cooper 4m

    Hernandez 2m

    Casilla 3m

    Dallas 500k

    Peacock Farrell 2m

    Berardi 1m

    Forshaw 1.5m

    Phillips 11m

    Clarke 8m

If you could revisit one particular occasion earlier in the season to do things differently, where and why?

    Morning all..

In regards to those offers, I’m assuming it is if we remain in this division? No to Douglas you don’t become a poor player over night, he has something to offer still. I don’t feel his crossing is worse than Alioski and certainly better than Harrison.

Bamford, Berardi, Forshaw, BPF and Klich would be yes from me. We have some U23s ready to step up, we’d have £14m to buy a good striker, I’m undecided on Clarke. Saiz we need to get some sort of fee for too.

Revisit the January transfer window self explanatory;)

Morning Elland and all. If rad continues to follow his business mode ie skint, next season will be about survival in whatever division we’re in. Bags packed and ready for final leg

Good Morning to Matt and co from a sunny Bardsey
Beginning to breathe much better with the injections I must say
I would not sell Pontus for £6m and BPF I thought we had turned down £4m
Bamford £6m we would show a loss but if we get a real striker I would take it
Dallas is just not good enough the rest I would only rep[lace if we signed better players

    Morning all :emoticon-0148-yes:

Pointless talking about players in and out until we know where Bielsa will be next season:

If Bielsa stays it means he wants to finish what he started and will have funds available so that he can bring in players and offload some who are over rated or disappointed. The quality of new players also depends upon which league we are in and cash available.

If Bielsa goes it could mean all the hard work has been undone and cash not available for quality players and we sell some of our better players.

If Bielsa goes it could also mean Radz brings in investment to finish the project working to the blueprint Bielsa set.

So stories will be many but we wont know shyte until we know what Bielsa does

Noticed Saiz came on as sub again for Gatafe last night, they have a good chance of Champions league next season,so they may decide to keep him.

If we don't get up then guess key question is Bielsa. If he stays then I'm happy with his judgement. Would trust his opinion of where he wants to strengthen and who he would be prepared to lose to strenghten elsewhere (i.e Kalvin but hopefully not him).

If it's not Bielsa then would hope it's Corberan to step up and continue and again would trust his judgement.

If I was the Chairman...at the moment my company isn't making much money. If I sell the assets and I take a quick profit I miss on the chance of the PL and its riches as the chance of getting there is likely to fade or do I have a cunning plan. There is a chance that the U23 will be able to step up and fill the void as my friend Victor has been buying young talent for not too much money. Are they good enough or will I have to buy to replace these 1st teamers? If the later then the figures suggested would need to be doubled to get anything better than I currently have. Or do I selectively keep the best of what I have, supplement with a few of the better U23s and possibly buy 1 or 2 bargains. If I want to use this plan then how do I keep the better ones as they will be the ones who will be tempted away by Bournemouth etc FFS!!!!

Its a hell of a life being a Chairman and I wouldn't want to do it unless I had a load of cash and not afraid of the FFP rules.

What would I change, I would ban Christmas in future. but realistically spending more in the January sales would have helped but it isn't guaranteed.

    Morning all!

From what we have seen so far this season, we aren't that far away! However because of the dynamics of teams coming down from the PL and up from League 1, you are never quite sure if you missed a golden opportunity and things are going to be harder the following season. Without meaning to sound repetitive, a bit more composure and some clinical finishing from all that possession we have had and I agree with Bielsa that we would have had an extra 10 points or so pretty much meaning automatic promotion. Radz was fully aware of the model Wolves used to blitz the league last season as he talked about it quite a bit and it gave me the impression at least that we were going to try and replicate it to a degree and well we don't have a huge load of money to spend, he surely must have known that an ageing Pablo can't be expected to do it all on his own. A lot of us knew all this before January and so it was particularly galling to see no real positive action taken then. Even if we did get autos, the squad would have to be dramatically upgraded otherwise we would be facing a scrap in my honest opinion. So if we don't go up and Bielsa agrees to stay, it's groundhog day again and once again I say to myself now we will see what Radz is made of.

    Good afternoon all

I honestly believe Radz & co have no serious cash so we'll have to sell to buy

We require more quality & pace in our side as far too many managers/coaches have sussed us out this season, we need something different & more than just one player (Pablo) to make us tick.

Funny how Radz can afford to purchase the ground but is strapped for cash when comes to signing suitable players.

I doubt we can afford the new floodlights required should we make it to the premiership

Last Summer we messed about too long chasing Hernandez (Shyte season in Russia) and Vydra (Shyte season with Burnley) we then got rushed into Bamford who Orta had bought before for Boro. We were unlucky with his injury and to be fair he has performed better than the two greedy twats we missed.

However this Summer we cannot afford to waste time because January is garbage and only has over priced players available. So Summer we should go out and complete every transfer we are chasing in quick time. Lets not get bullied into accepting whats left and also more than we need because of January
