<peacedove>When Ole Gunnar Solskjaer came to replace Jose Mourinho every one was excited especially after
a very impressive start. I think the honeymoon is over for Ole, every one would start to attack him now including
united fans after losing two games in a row. As for Jose Mourinho, he was capable of getting a draw last night.
Are they going to be patient with Ole Solskjaer if united miss out on Champion League qualification next season?.

It's starting to look like this may have been a terrible choice for Utd. Oh well.

I dont know yet. I don't think there is a magic elixir and I dont think you can really judge someone until they've had a summer under their belt. I think the problem at United is more mental outlook and morale more than anything else. They've lost the winning attitude... It could be years before they get it back, they might never, or they might get it again over the summer.

He started fantastic and then ran out of steam. I'm just enjoying being above them.

He earned enough Karma in his opening games to deserve to have a summer training imo.

Utd fans themselves know what happened post Busby

nobody set out to do badly but getting the winning culture is really hard

Oh is this now a combined United liverpool board? I'm impressed with the love-in :bandit:

I agree with those earlier who said that he's earned enough credit to deserve a crack of the whip. After the poison of Mourinho and the record setting start I don't see what else their club could have done. He was and is a gamble. But then every one has been and will be. Even pochetino would have been.

If he is not doing well by Christmas I've got the impression that they'll mess up and sack him.

Give him time because he is a fraud? Or in time he will prove he is a fraud?

I almost suspect you meant the former.. <ok> <laugh>

MU used their heart instead of their head when appointing the 'baby faced assassin'.

Long may their ****eness continue :p

They backed themselves into a corner with OGS after the start he made they had no choice but to appoint him. They need to get someone in with a plan and an identity going forward and be given them 3 years to get them challenging again I just don't seeing the board or fans letting that happen. The team needs a complete overhaul there is not many players I can say that they should keep. I would say Rashford and Lindleoff then I struggle to name anymore.

    There's no-one on theirs. :)
Personally I don't care what they do apart from when it affects us.

    hard work,
    belief,
    organisation
    culture
    time.

klopp brought LFC hard work, he brought belief with his name, FSG brought the money but im not sure about the organisation. FSG has given him the time.... but its taken 4 years to build the culture.

my view of ogs.... he talks good game on hard work.. but the belief? i doubt players really believe in him. organisation is a mess above him, the culture stinks and we are not sure he will get the time.

Ability playing doesn't necessarily equate to ability managing. Some of the best managers were no-name players.

I think the job came too soon for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer . He has little experience in management. United, City, Chelsea, Arsenal or Tottenham
or Liverpool are not the right team for him to manage now.

I prefer. "There's no Messiah in here, there's a mess all right, but no Messiah" seems more apt.

The OGS appointment smacks of Fergie all over. Same as the potential decision to make Phelan the director of football. United won’t move on until stop letting Fergie influence decisions.
