Shows how crap we were for the first 10 games or so. No strikers = no goals. Shame we didn't have who we have now at the start. We would be in there already I reckon.

correct. Something will give though, teams will start to drop points. I think we will need to bury PNE next week for the goal difference.

I still think we will end the season about 8th and go for it good and proper next season. Not particularly what I want, but I dont think the current squad is ready for the Prem yet.

I would be happy if we just finish the season in good form, agree though, this squad would get found out at the moment, they need to see the season out well then have a solid one next year. I think we need about 6 more players still. A permenent keeper, another option alongside Harper. Solano won't feature, Barmby (god rest his soul) is just about done, and the loans need to be permenent or we have to look to buy.

This whole season is primarily a work in progress for me. If we happen to finish strongly then it is a great sign for next season. I would rather we consolidate this year and go up automatically next year with a settled team, than sneak in the back door and potentially struggle.

It is allgetting a bit tight up there though and lots of top teams still have to lpay each other.

I still don't think we're going up this season. The team was awful at the start of the season which has ruined any promotion hopes this year. I'll say 9th then go for it next season. We do need a goalkeeper, left back, centre half, centre mid, left winger and maybe another striker for a premier league season.

Its not negativeness, I just dont think we can dislodge the likes of cardiff, swansea and norwich. Then theres leicester, watford, burnley and reading that could potentially sneak into the place we're going for. Its far too close imo so mid-table would be a good bet ;)
