You wonder about City's scouting. A lad round my way has been signed on junior terms by .Leeds. I was joking with his dad, a Blades fan, that he was letting both him and East Yorkshire down. He said that neither City or the Blades have ever watched his junior team but Leeds often have scouts watching games in his league.
TS this morning... the guest Mido saying Ajax currently have 72 players from their Academy playing professional football globally. He went on to say, that even if they win the Champions League this season, there will be a sell off of the team. £250 million in the bank too. They now have a school on the grounds at the academy. the kids play football , then go to school , then play more football...!!!
Liam Cooper - return to base - mission accomplished (well almost). The play-offs are all about momentum and Leeds have lost it.
I know a young lad who’s 7 he’s been told that the reason city said no was that he wasn’t vocal enough?? Now if you’re looking at players for their shouting abilities at the age of 7 and not their skills it’s a bad set up imo! This lad is **** hot and without naming his old man he comes from very good stock! Needless to say where he’s training now and that he’s doing really well as was expected!
Maybe his Dad had said to him that calling a potential employer a **** at the age of 7 was bang out of order and to keep his mouth shut...,
Unfortunately there isn't a scenario where both can't go up. As I said before, would prefer Sheffield United as there won't be gangs of sad inadequates wandering around Hull in their kits and sat in pubs cheering them on instead of their local club like the Hull and East Yorks ****es.
