Morning all. A lovely warm morning with gentle rain, just what I needed. Cleaned up all my cloches yesterday to allow the rain and light to get in to some plants that are still undercover. They do not need protecting from cold but birds that delight in pulling out the young seedlings. Once established they leave them alone, and the next thing to protect against are slugs and snails. I am all for sharing, but not with these.

Morning all. Damp but mild. It almost feels steamy outside. I have to make a trip to the UK starting tomorrow which I would rather not, but needs must. Seen the weather forecast for over there and it looks as if I need to take clothes that I had put away for the Spring/Summer. It is little wonder that so many people who are used to our temperatures come back from a visit with colds.

Morning all. Wet and miserable outside, just what I needed for a 500 km drive. It also looks as if it could be a bit bumpy in the Channel, so will stop for dinner on route rather than eat on the ferry. Have a good day whatever you plan to do.

 

I have my pre op assessment tomorrow and I have just heard from Southmead that if all goes well I have my op next Thursday,, a late birthday present.

So I should know in about 3 weeks how the treatment has gone!
