Can't highlight anyone as being worse than anyone else. Fundamentally second best and no-one has really been able to stand up above it. It's the first element that needs to change, rather than the latter. Options are limited though, since we both need to wrest control of the midfield and provide enough threat to score at least two goals. Back five will probably have to go.

Not cataclysmically bad, just one of those days where we are second to the ball, and everyone needs a second too long on the ball, or miscontrols their first touch. Newcastle won't allow us the time to settle and rectify those things and are doing well to punish us.

Certainly agree with the first bit. I don’t want to single out players but we’re very poor at back & if we want to progress, Ralph has a lot of work to do.
