It's my favourite of the majors and what he did was exceptional. He's been through a lot, physically and mentally and much of it self inflicted. What he did in Augusta was nothing short of extraordinary.
Couldn't agree more. He has been under more public scrutiny than pretty much anyone of his generation - he made mistakes which he's paid for but has come back in a rather incredible way. My one gripe is it means all you see is him on the telly rather than other contenders but for once we can let that go.
I'm going to have to add to the list of the Cardiff Devils roll of honour on my signature as they won the play-offs again, this time with a 2-1 win over the Belfast Giants (who themselves were going for a quadruple) at the National Ice Arena in Nottingham. TBH, the Devils would have been on the wrong side of a heavy defeat if it wasn't for their goaltender Ben Bowns.
Saracens beat Leinster 20-10 to become European Champions in a bruising and absorbing encounter at St James Park. As you might have guessed, I'm having a beer or three to celebrate.
Watched it at Old Fullerians (was there for a baptism party). Right now your mob have to be the most dominant team in pretty much any sport - well done.
Cheers! The gap appears to be widening generally, at least domestically, though and I'm not of the opinion that this is good for the game.
I will watch it when I get home... in same north African hotel as last year, unable to get a stream :-( Cracking game by all accounts.
Ill at home.. So watching a rerun of the Canadian grand prix. I think Vettel was very unlucky to get the five seconds penalty.. Sent from my F8331 using Tapatalk
It did seem harsh at the time but they said the stewards had some more information about the car etc than we would have seen/known at the time of the incident. TBF Hamilton did say he was a little sad to win like that. See rain is disrupting the cricket as expected but hopefully not for long!
You mean by using the same tactic that Shumacka used on Damien Hill to prevent him winning his first Grand Prix title Vettel clearly steered right when he returned to the circuit thereby blocking of Hamilton and forcing him to do an emergency stop
Worth noting that all the Sky commentators said it should not have been penalised... BUT...Lewis had to change direction and slow to let him across his line
Chris Froome will not be taking part in this years Tour de France after a bad crash today when he went at speed into a wall and broke his femur.
Considering the speed these cyclists go at and the split second margins.... Sent from my F8331 using Tapatalk
Apparently he was blowing his nose on a training run when a gust of wind caught the bike. Also he had time trial wheels on which didn't help. From R5L yesterday evening talking about it.
Good to see Andy Murray back on a tennis court again, with a good doubles win against the No 1 seeded pair.
