He'll break your heart like the others when he goes. No emotion involved, like supporting Saints. Blue writing.
Apart from his superb vision and passing to pick out Redders (second goal) and Josh (should've been the third goal).
The thing with Danny is that he is not really match fit yet but apart from being an excellent finisher he is also a quality footballer too and adds to that to our team IMO.
Don't get the love for Boufal. I was one of those who defended him when he first failed to make an impression. But he has been here for several seasons now, and he is not here now in large part not just because he failed to impress but also because he was a massive dickhead. Elyounoussi should get the same chance to settle into the squad and league like Boufal did. When Elyounoussi has played, he hasn't been bad. Just blah. That might change. I mean, it is up to Hassenhuttl. If he thinks Boufal can be the man, I am fine with it. But at this point I think Sims is a similar type of player with the same strengths and weaknesses only younger, cheaper, and without the attitude.
Well after Waistcoat Wednesday in the summer for Sir Gareth, we may as well have Tights Tuesday for Ralph
A quote from the echo on Reed after this weeks match: --------------- After giving him a central midfield berth for the first time in four weeks, Blackburn boss Tony Mowbray told the Lancashire Telegraph: “Harrison needs to learn a bit of discipline about central midfield in my opinion. “Normally I play [Richard] Smallwood and [Corry] Evans in the middle of the pitch because they stop the counter-attacks and play their position. “Harrison is naturally a bundle of energy and runs everywhere, he’s out on the wing, he’s in the box, on the left wing, and the midfield is empty. “He did his job of winning the ball, feeding the team and I thought he did all that perfectly for us. He kept winning the ball back, kept things moving and stopped counter-attacks. "If he plays like that then there’s no reason he couldn’t play central midfield for us every week." -------------- Sounds precisely like a Hasenhuttl player to me.
Took my grandson today ... his 2nd game with me .... 1st was Arsenal home earlier this season. Not a bad record! I might have to invest in a ST for him!
Maybe because he has shown that he is capable of true moments of top class like this and Mo El hasn't come near to it so far.... Also, he had one season under Puel and then had too much flair for Pellegrino to get many opportunities and fell out with Hughes early on.
I suspect that may depend on whether Boufal is willing to buy in to the team ethic. I imagine Ralph has little time for Big Time Charlies
I'm seriously considering naming my unborn child Ralph. Just have to clear it with the missus and hope it's a boy.
