There was a horrible long pause between us scoring the third according to the BBC text and it going up on the score... imagined a long discussion before the goal would be disallowed. However even I relaxed after ten minutes...couldn't be that long even with VAR.
Maybe Ralph wasn't so crazy when he said he expected us to hit 40pts as a minimum by the end of the season.
Brighton not just losing but getting hammered is a nice result. We have chance to finish 13th. Could buy an extra (crappy) player with that money.

To me we are now safe. This season is now about finishing as high as possible purely to get an extra few million in prize money for Ralph to build his own squad. Wonder what the difference is between 17th and 13th in prize money??
Be great for his confidence (and for the team!) to get up to 5 goals (this season) before the season is over. He's still very sharp at 32, got to be one of the fastest men in the league still.
Great preformance!! Ralph made great changes during the game, tactically and in personnel when required. I particularly enjoyed mention of "'The Predatory' Shane Long" during today's commentary.
