Cauker was great in defense, busted a gut and a ran like f to save that ball off the line. He gets my vote.
williams, dyer and cauker all stood out today but i think taylor was probs at the best we've seen him in a swans shirt. had walcott in his pocket and was a threat going forward
I went for taylor as well, he didn't put a foot wrong yesterday, he certainly looks he has made the step up, non league to premier league in a year or so , great news
NJS i am with you, Caulker for me. Even if it was just the getting back to clear off the line. For a boy on loan total commitment.
Caulker for me - for a 19 year old up against the likes of RVP and then Charmakh he was terrific. Taylor a close second. I think he struggles a tad for pace in his feet and in his head, but is adjusting, and he put in some good crosses on the overlap. I also have to say that I thought Allen had a good game yesterday and was disappointed to see him sub'd.
Taylor made Walcott look silly a few times and that sliding tackle to take the ball off him and get-up and run off with it was special.
