Is 2030 the time or the date?

Must be the time. If JRM had set the date it would be 1720!

The May statement has been delayed, she'll be speaking in June now.

There's also been suggestion that the ERG were present - yet on the other hand, there has so far been no mention of the SNP or the Greens being invited (although I'll retract that if evidence to the contrary comes to light)

    Also, more importantly, there's this

    So to summarise...
    * The meeting mainly consisted of the Dire Leader rehashing here deal, which has now twice been defeated in parliament
    * When any alternatives were suggested, the Dire Leader rejected them out of hand for not being her ideas
    * Neither the SNP nor Greens were there*, yet a limited company and a faction within the Tory party were

So the response should not be to bleat "But the IRA!" or "But Hamas!" like so many Twitter idiots are doing, the response should be to call this supposed cross-party meeting what it is: a complete farce, and while the visual of Corbyn walking out the door is not a good one that does not mean Vince Cable and Chuka Umunna don't look like idiots for staying at this farce of a meeting and then trying to gain some small measure of political capital by saying they remained at the meeting - especially if, should the deal get it's third go-round in parliament, if they vote against it then they are saying they should've walked out the door with him

Was that a cryptic resignation? Because if MV3 goes down, she will have to go, if not gone already.

He just keeps playing into their hands though, HBIC
He could have attended and then made an exasperated statement about how useless she is.
Running away from it is an own goal - and unnecessary.

No wonder they weren't offering odds on that.

Trump has slagged off John McCain every day this week. He's been dead since August. What's that about?

McCain didn't want him to attend his funeral. McCain was well respected on both sides. An Election is not too far away. McCain not liking him will be brought up and used against him. He's getting the first punches in.
