Hopefully he will have an FA Cup winners medal to show his folks when he returns home in the summer! He's had his "moments" but overall, after an inauspicious start, I think he's been good value. Best of luck to him, I say, and thanks! https://www.watfordobserver.co.uk/s...o-return-to-uruguay-at-the-end-of-the-season/
He'll always be remembered for the Knockaert challenge, it took me back to the days when men were men..Welbourne, Harris ..
Indeedy... and yet it was not as bad as van Anholt on Pereyra - they tend to forget about that two footed calf high challenge from behind.
He has done well enough. If I remember rightly, he played a lot in the first two seasons we were up and helped us stay up, which wasn't an easy ask. It always makes me wonder why when I see a left footer play they look more cultured (Except Nigel winterburn) Like the way in the article either Britos didn't thank the club and fans or it just wasn't included. Seems like he needs a few BBQs in him mind! On a different note, If Prödl goes too and that seems likely. We might well need to spend a bit of $$ on CBs over the summer, which isn't a Pozzo thing at all, if you care to scroll down the list of all of the transfers, https://www.transfermarkt.com/fc-watford/transferrekorde/verein/1010
Wish him well.. Often our steadfast defenders can be overlooked.. He has done a good job Sent from my F8331 using Tapatalk
I felt that last season before we kept Britos on - I mean Cathcart and Mariappa have done well and been reliable but we've been lucky they have avoided injured. But Cathcart has had issues in the past and not sure Gracia thinks Kabasele is consistent/solid enough. We've had a fairly good season injury wise but we all know that could change!
