Don't think Hemed is 100% fit yet, but maybe he will get a few when he is. He made some clever touches, and did get in a few weak attempts, which more might come of when he's 100%. Wells seems to have lost form and confidence, I only remember one shot he got away from a good Scowen pass. He chased a fair bit, but also lost the ball in a dangerous position which gave them a decent chance - I hoped McClaren was going to sub him for Eze yesterday. Strange he didnt use Eze when we struggled to open Stoke up down the middle.
I can confirm he’s 100% ****. Get rid. Get literally anyone who will be here next season in his place.
Just read that on the QPR app; “I don’t know what more we could have done,” McClaren told www.qpr.co.uk." Make some changes, expose the fact they had 10 men for 80+ minutes and get some more shots on target. Just a few ideas I thought I'd throw out...
4-4-2 doesn't work for this set of players....It contributed to our dire start to season. When he changed it one up front ( 4-2-3-1, 4-1-4-1 or 4-5-1 whatever you like to call it).. Steeve got the manager of the month trophy...and we had an unbeaten October....mind you we had Cameron play as DCM during that time. Hemed is not the answer....whatever the question is....( Except who takes the penalty) Sent from my STF-L09 using Tapatalk
I don't know how many times I've heard Schteeve say after a defeat that we've done this or that which no one else in the ground has seen, he should be sponsored by Specsavers...
God only knows what the huge number of tourists and first timers that seemed to be everywhere thought of this shambles. No decent performances anywhere among our lot but in particular it won't trouble me if I never see another game with Luongo taking part ever again. Overrated, uninspiring and hugely negative. Sick of the sight of him TBH.
He most quiet LR that I have ever experienced. The atmosphere mirrored the level of entertainment on the pitch.
Why is it that we experience such high and lows...….even over one season. Started awful and we all thought McLaren was on borrowed time then we start performing and actually playing well.....exciting football and beating some good teams and 2 points off the play offs...….now everyone (including me) is frustrated and even bored by our team and I think it is SMs fault. He is or has reverted to 442...…...We played better football 4411 or whatever before Smith came on the scene. He was a bit part player and then when he started to score and look dangerous I think this has confused Steeeeve .. Yes, for a while we did create more chances (or seemed to around Smith ) but started to shed goals as well and our defence which seemed unbeatable for a few games seemed unbeatable for about 5 mins!!! The stats before Smith started playing and since are not good!!….and our players do not seem good enough to adapt. Imo he made a big mistake in loaning Chair, Smyth and Oteh….knowing Cameron and Rangel were long term. This only left about 20 players and over the last few games should and could have shaken the team up. Yes, they may get more playing time as loanees but why not with us as mid table team looking to next season. Also, although SM cannot seem to see it......our players have been blowing through their arses for weeks now as the same 13 or so have played numerous games.. I did not see Saturdays game and think we will struggle Wednesday as the confidence has gone and we have forgotten how to score...….unfortunately if we lose I will be deeply concerned as do not think we are equipped to fight.and only 7 points from relegation and probably bottom on current form. The supporters are bored and restless and to me his post match "important we didn't lose" says it all in a guy who seems very negative atm. Actually Steve, when a team I down to 10 men your eyes and the teams should have lit up and gone for the jugular as WBA did to us!! 3 points last Saturday and the world would be a better place. Apart from the Leeds game very disappointed yet again where we are now....
It really is a strange league. We beat Leeds then lose to brentford 3-0. I said this when I went with some friends to watch Leeds v west Brom. (Boy what a game). As they said after. We lose to you and then beat west brom 4-0. This Biesla bloke really is not scared of playing young kids and playing them where they are best suited. He makes changes as and when needed to win games. He kept the same team that lost to us and told them to prove a point. If only McLaren would utilise our youngsters in a similar way then we might get a little enjoyment from watching.
