well that was unexpected . Seriously big call by JK and really shows the lack of faith he has atm in shaqiri & Keita.
Ah well, klopp has made several bad calls in 2019 which coincides with our bad form. I don’t think it will cost us today but this Doesn’t make any sense choosing Lallana in this team.
Lallana it is then. Klopp knows that Burnley are going to defend in depth and numbers. In theory, lallana makes sense. He’s more creative and a bigger goal threat than any of our other midfielders. Or at least he used to be. He also sticks a shift in and presses properly. Our midfield is going to be ripped apart this summer....this selection tells you everything you need to know. Come on Lallana lad, prove Jurgen right to select you!!

He’s hardly contributed to a goal since May 2017. This guy has no future at the club and we’re giving him minutes.
Was hoping one of Keita and shaq start today because we all know Hendo / Milner will start against Bayern.
To be fair to him, he’s been ruined with injuries and hardly had a chance since. Previously, he was our best midfielder. Let’s hope Klopp s gamble pays off - Hendo is a shoe in for the Munich game now.
Injuries has not been kind to Lallana he is not a bad player.Maybe the type of player we need to turn things round.
Lallana had one spell of about 3 months when he was brilliant. Apart from that, he’s always been ****. Having said that, we should still be beating Burnley - but I just don’t understand giving minutes to an average player who has no future at this club over 2 talented players who need minutes.
