Why are you so obsessed with Chelsea Comas? Are you still hurting over that 5-0 humiliation we gave you. Is that why you have 99 in your name, never forgotten? <laugh>

DL --I'm guessing that Comas is someone who doesn't go to matches and "supports" the team thats won the most trophies. So if Liverpool win the next 2 titles , they will have a new supporter called Comas!

I pity him, he'll never know what it is like to support a proper club

As a Liverpool fan I know the advantages and disadvantages of having vocal owners. Hicks & Gillette used to make people cringe whenever they spoke to the media "We 100% support Roffa", "He can sign Snoggy doogy if he wants" but John W. Henry manages to say the right things to keep fans happy.

On saying that though Liverpool fans need that reassurance at the moment, while you guys don't. You can look to the money being spent and the shiney new trophies in your trophy cabinet for that

I am also in the camp that actually loves the fact that he doesn't. Sure it can be frustrating at times like when a manager is under pressure but he is consistant. When he bought the club it was made clear he didn't do publicity and he has resisted all pressure to do it, if he did now I might lose a bit of respect to him for caving, I suppose it would depend on what was said and the circumstances I suppose. I got all I needed from him in his foreward for the official history of Chelsea book that was written by ricjk Glanville.

Just pulled Rick Glanville's book out of my Chelsea library. That was quite a passionate foreword.. While I was about it I pulled out another book called"Chelsea Football Club 1954-1955 Champions" This was a limited edition of every programme home and away during our first championship season. It was very expensive and had a card inserted, signed by every living player from that year. At the back there is a roll of honour of every fan who sponsored the publication including me AND Roman Abramovich

JFDI, hope you and yours are well mate. Enjoyed jousting with you on the old 606 as you never took a different point of view personally. I have been trying to get on ja606,but there have been technical issues. As for Roman, he is no different from Kroenke in not talking.
