Hello, everyone. Hope we all tickety-boo.

I won’t drone on about this one too much as I’m aware I’ve been doing so for weeks. Really like TWO SAMS in the card commencer at Wincanton (1.40) of the morrow. A winner in the Irish pointing field he was bought by current connections for €8,500 soon after. His hurdles form to date has been somewhat lacking (-0P05) but this allows him to make his handicap hurdling debut off just 90, I say 90. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more and all that. That mark could severely underestimate the old boy and I think he will be ultra competitive off such a perch.

The Blake barn know what is required, in this heat, as they won it last year and they are also in decent form with their last runner, in the NH sphere, winning. Another positive is the booking of Paddy Brennan.

No prices, from those bookie chappies, at the time of writing (although Sky Sports are forecasting 16/1) but this one looks a most solid each-way recommendation.

    Good luck all.

    2.40 Wincanton Mystical Knight

Has opened up at 7/2 but fully expect him to get punted off the boards tomorrow and go off fair bit shorter than that. Has dropped to a very good mark and first run for a new trainer. Rex Dingle is a 5lb claimer that I like too. Should be hard to beat

    Few more for me today...

    2.20 Carlisle Strike West 100/30
    3.45 Wincanton Storm Arising 5/2
    5.30 Wincanton Raven Court 7/1
    8.25 Chelmford Exousia 33/1

Particularly interested in Exousia who showed very little in three 7f novice but steps up to 1m2f on handicap debut off a mark of 48 after a break. Wears first time cheekpieces and Joe Fanning is an interesting jockey booking. Stable also runs Chakrii towards the top of the market but it wouldn't surprise me if Exousia left his form well behind and ran well today

1:40 Wincanton - Blue April 4/1 win. Pretty dire strike rate but a couple of decent runs recently offer encouragement and I think today could well be the day

Silver Kayf for the in form Kim Bailey, headgear and trip change should bring improvement and handicap mark looks very fair. Double figure odds look generous

Really like AIRCRAFT CARRIER, 6.25 Chelmsford. Won well lto beating the course record at Wolvers and now on a 4 timer. The only 1 niggle is the jockey booking. Currently 3/1

    afternoon,mates!

    carlisle,3 25:

PRINCE DUNDEE gets a narrow nod here,as he looks quite unexposed to me,and connections waste not much time to send him over fences, which could be the making of him.he ran well on his first two chase starts, even if he was beaten a long way last time out.but the form is starting to work out quite well,so surely not discounted here..

I had a tiny bet on the 5.55 Chelmsford.

Rotherhithe is a rank outsider at 28/1 but I felt there were reasons to risk a small wager.

Formerly trained by Richard Fahey, she makes her debut for Henry Spiller, a trainer I know nothing about. The filly has only had five starts and managed to run to a RPR of over 70 in four of those five races. Handicapped on 70 for winning a seller over 7F easily, I thought she should be OK dropping to 6F. She has had issues with the stalls but if relaxing better for her new stable with a first time hood on tonight, I thought she might outrun her odds in a trappy affair where Enthaar is well tipped up but somewhat uneasy as favourite here.

5.55 Chelmsford Rotherhithe 28/1 1/5th the odds for 4 places.

Ran well, and halved in price. Not too bad on a moderate day

Well that was very disappointing. Came into 7/4 before a late drift which probably told the story. Dropped away very tamely.
