Put it this way, in 90% of seasons we’d be at least 7/8 points clear by now. Just so happens we’re up against a team that is arguably the strongest the prem has ever seen. tell me how many other teams over 29 games have only dropped 17 points and not been top of the league?
It means we aren't "bottling it" as many claim, Man City are still better than us despite not being as good as last season.
How do I stop getting email notifications on my phone from this ****ing forum. It's incessant. It's literally only.just started
Go to your profile, go to privacy and there is an option on there about email notification. And also check under preferences as there is one on there as well
I think he could've definitely done better on both chances but also you've got to credit Keane and Pickford for their respective interventions. I find it a bit silly the people that say he would've buried that last year etc. He didn't score every chance last season and although his conversion rate was brilliant it was a freak season, something that not many players are going to get near to in the next 20 years. Not even Henry, Kane, Suarez, Aguero, Van Nistelrooy, Drogba, Ronaldo etc. managed 32 league goals in a season yet people are expecting Salah to do that in consecutive seasons?
I don't mind this. Why can't you score rebounds in a penalty shootout then? Why two types of penalties with completely different rules? If you can't score straight from a penalty (which most players these days can't since they care more about funny run ups than technique) then I have #nosympathy
Ajax playing with confidence and aggression. It’s a shame we will play defensively when we go to Bayern.
