I think the game has passed that should have been used to rest Kane and reward the players that have been getting us the points.

Kane has had his warm up game...I think he's going to be firing on all cylinders against Chelsea. I feel sorry for them NOT

I hope you're right but I'm not so sure. You seem tot think that Kane's back and we'll start thrashing our opponents when it was clear to see we were better without him. Apart from the Everton match when everybody else scored freely when did he score two goals to win a match for us? Yes, I agree he's a good striker but that's not enough on its own. Redknapp and now Lawro have both stated that that it was Kane's return that cost us the Burnley match and I said bench him. It was written on here that every board has its poster with odd opinions and this board's resident odd poster has had "HIS" say. Well Spurlock, you say you feel sorry for them not so you think Kane's going to blitz Chelsea? Let's see. As a Spurs supporter despite what others think I hope you're right.

For me the Chelsea match is pivotal and season defining.

No I don't think we will thrash teams with Kane just like I don't think we will with anyone else upfront. However...you don't keep on ignoring a fit again Kane...no one in world football does.

I understand your angle of thought because I've hinted at it too. However it's up to Poch to make sure the team is fluid with the best No 9 in World football in the team. I applaude Llorente's contribution and I understand that Son seems restricted when Kane is around. However if any manager can't get a tune out of a team with Son and an Up to speed Kane in the team...then the manager needs a new job.

I also think it's Poch who's too weak to make the calls im not blaming Kane

He's fit but is he firing? I've said before that his absence frees up the others and I think it was proven when he was injured, Son excelled and Llorente started finding his form. There's too much reliance on Kane and his presence is a tad restricting. Yes, he scored against Burnley but that's not much use in a 2-1 defeat to a team which just lost to relegation candidates Newcastle.
I blame Poch for not having the courage to drop Kane.

How does he get match fit without playing against the likes of Burnley. Do you give a first run against Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool?

I feel the team we fielded would have beaten Burnley without Kane and so I think they would beat Chelsea too so I'd have brought Kane on as a sub as I would tonight. Let him regain match fitness when we're ahead.

Absolutely. For the thickies - not me, oh no siree - that may not understand it, you'd better explain it to them. I get it, obviously. HaHaHa. Unless it's sad???

    I’ll do that, SD.

For the thickies (which most certainly does not include you because you absolutely know where this is from) it’s a clip from The Inbetweeners movie during a scene where the lads are stuck on a coach with a bunch of Burnley lads constantly singing, so after our **** result at the weekend and having seen this pop up under THFC on Twitter, I just thought it was appropriate to post...

Hopefully any thickies will understand it now, won’t they, SD?

I think they are on board now. Exactly how I would have explained it.

The FA have published Dean's report. To be honest watching the clip back again even simple lip-reading indicates that Poch said a lot more than just 'you know what you are', particularly at the point he started gesturing to Dean and then to the surrounding cameras. My suspicion is that this report is deliberately vague and whitewashed. I would now welcome it if Poch in his next conference reported his version of events and what actually happened.

The FA said it was a "persistent display of unacceptable and disrespectful behaviour".

As did Poch, but apparently he's not allowed to...

He also claims that Pochettino, "aggressively pointed his finger just a few inches from my face again saying 'you know what you are'".
This is demonstrably false. Pochettino didn't point his finger at him. He pointed to the camera and told him to repeat what he'd said.
Jesus Perez pointed his finger at Dean, not Pochettino.

This whole thing is on video and the FA have the audio from Dean's mic. They know he's either lied or is mistaken.
The club won't push this as they know what will happen, but it's blatantly dishonest.

There's one way the club can push this is The FA accept Mike "****" Dean's word and/or try this blatant whitewashing exercise: "I'm afraid I have some bad news: Harry Kane, Dele Alli, Eric Dier, Harry Winks, Kieran Trippier and Danny Rose picked up hamstring injuries just before the latest international break..."
