Simon Jordan is growing on me, I wasn't really into football when he owned Palace, but I like that is so blunt with Roland its what we need
I hated Simon Jordan when he owned Palarse but.... I have to say that he is one of the best presenters on Talksport.
Today he spoke like a fan. If you or I were there we would have asked similar questions After 5 years of carnage, what is the asking price? What’s all this bollox about him “giving away” the club yet charging for the stadium and land ?? What land ?? Does he mean Sparrows Lane? The bloke is a moron.
We don't have a specific thread covering the recent damage to Duchatelet's properties in Belgium, so I'll say this here just for the record. The vandalism was wrong. Behaviour like that is never acceptable. If anybody here thinks that it's OK because you agree with the motivation behind it, then don't complain when somebody else that you don't like behaves the same way, perhaps towards you or your property.
100% Mr Lardiman. I UNDERSTAND how people have been driven to this, BUT it does not make it right. Htf people think it was right that the parents of squirrel face got hassled is beyond me.
Disagree completely. No disrespect Lardi, but if everyone followed your form of fan activism, Duchatelet will still be here in 50 years time #hokeycokey
That's bull**** Mr van Gerwen. Two wrongs do not make a right. If more people did what I did and stayed away from The Valley then things like this would not happen. You're getting more like Ivor every day.
This; Which DickPlumb cunningly hid in the 'tedious take-over' thread. Have the pair of you been up to no good?
Jolly Jim White has got short shrift onTwitter for his grovelling interview. I don't think he's under any illusion about the low esteem we hold him in now. Who'd have thought 10 years ago we'd have been lauding Simon Jordan (rightly) and slagging off Richard Murray (rightly).
I believe we have another fans fórum tonight, To be honest it should be a real blast for those who get a kick out of shooting fish in a barrel. RD has now publicly stated there are no negotiations ongoing so even to someone who still believes what he says, it would be interesting to know how he managed to lose interest for all five of the bidders who were supposedly interested last time out. He also says he would happily give the club away, provided the real estate valus was met. However, when Simon jordan tried to pin him down on the Price the club is now on the market for, he ducked, dived and finally took cover behind a NDA. How can there be a NDA if you aren't in negotiations with anyone? I expect his latest car crash interview left quite a bit more amunition for a real turkey shoot. Anyone going?
