I agree , and I am a massive pessimist . Who thought we WOULD win today ? I just hope the mental damage is not to much .
That is true. But as i have said before.if stephens stops those mistakes then both those goals dont happen
Lol I’m having a bad day. Two grandsons. Two time dirty nappies. Two times screaming. That is why I’m more negative today
Save the freakouts for next game. Sounds like we are playing ok and we are losing at home to Arsenal. What did people expect?
Really want stephens to be good but seems he just isnt up to it. No idea why Ralph didnt put Yoshida back in today.
I obviously don't want this to become a 5-0 hammering (for one thing, we currently have a nice GD advantage on Cardiff). But if you'd offered me a 2-0 defeat before KO, I'd have been fine with that.
Indeed. Comes back to the narrative that we're too good to go down. We're exactly bad enough to get relegated. If not for that brief burst of results, we'd be down with Fulham. It's entirely possible that we can be marginally less-bad than Cardiff or Brighton and survive, but this is a legitimately bad Premier League squad.
I looked at today's starting line-up and thought ...... this is an average Championship side!!!!! Sorry to be pessimistic, or is it realistic? I feel much of this squad will be with SFC next season, and those that leave {Bertrand maybe} will be sold for a knock-down price if there are any takers as the club will need to get rid of its high earners.
I'm greatly looking forward to if Stephens starts against Fulham, him getting jeered and hassled whenever he's on the ball. It's going to be just the lift we need.
I don't really blame Ralph, (;although clearly the new manager effect has worn off already) This lays firmly on the head of Gao and the board. It was unbelievably negligent to not sign players during the window. We're going down, and what's puzzling me is the fans are just taking this with a shrug. Lowe took much more **** much earlier than this ****ing clown.
It's the manner of how we concede that grates. And that we've had chances just adds to the frustration.
