What defines a cracking day for Jonjo? A couple of placed horses? <laugh>

I think not. My interest in racing is definitely on the wane. My interests are far more outdoorsy these days but you know why that would be. My golf handicap has come down four shots since I retired!
The only couple of races that I have an interest in are the Pertemps, which I am convinced Black Mischief is a shoo-in for and the Supreme where one of my learned friends has convinced me that Elixir du Nutz has what it takes to conquer the more fancied runners.
A Terry Warner grey sprinting up the hill to victory, that will evoke some memories.

She is just happy that I keep returning from golf with bottles of Vino Tinto!
Many derogatory comments from my fellow members of course. I am now the lowest I have ever officially been and almost within touching distance of single figures which is most golfers goal I would say.

Dundalk 6.30-Mulzamm win 7/2.Rather inconsistent horse to follow but went close over 1m last week and drop down to 7f should suit, hoping todays the day he will finally oblige.

Wicklow Brave! I think he pretty much refused to race in one of the big British handicaps prior to the festival that year. If he had romped that he would have got big hike and still won the county hurdle.

Goes tomorrow at Newcastle. Although at the very short forecast odds of 1/4!

Certainly a 'novice' day for Hendo tomorrow because as well as the above mentioned Lust For Glory he's also got Angel's Breath (Kempton) and Dickie Diver (Chepstow) running.

Are we talking the same horse old boy? Epatante runs at Exeter today. Are you referring to Lust For Glory?

Let's see if Angel's Breath can give Scarlet Dragon 5lbs on good ground around Kempton ...................

Any thoughts on the Adonis? Nice to see many of the big yards represented.

Incredibly open race and wouldn’t have a clue to be honest. The fact that those bookie chappies are currently shouting ‘5/1 the field’ would suggest they share these sentiments.

Bit disappointed that the concluding Bumper has somewhat cut up from the original list of entries.

I like PETIT PALAIS was ok on the flat for Mr Gosden half brother to the wonder horse that was Galileo Gold <laugh> But in al seriousness he looks they type to do well over hurdles and altho he will probably want further than this trip but as they always do they will go quick I expect his jumping to have improved from last time although it wasn’t that bad and 8/1 worth a small bet!
