How do her levels compare statistically with the average man/woman ?? The only kindred situation I can think of is in cycling. There is a measure called the "haemocrit" , relating to red blood cells. Above a threshold, apart from health risks, there is likelihood of substance usage (EPO etc) for competitive gain. However, in countries such as Colombia, the generally higher living altitudes have meant that some have naturally occurring haemocrit measures above what is deemed acceptable by the sport. Cyclists from there could therefore get exemptions. So this woman may be similar. But if her testosterone levels are incredibly extreme "outliers" , then it would make a mockery of her sport.
I believe usain bolts speed makes him an extreme outlier. Think he should be banned and stripped of his medals
Honestly. If she has two x chromosomes, was born with female genitalia and not using foreign substances to produce extra testosterone... She is a woman, and should race with women. She has done nothing wrong and clearly is not a man. She is product of natural human reproduction. Leave her alone.
