im glad we dumped the cups as we don't have the squad for it, those are the hard truths of it. i make no apologies for wanting the bigger prizes.

yes i would like us to win the cl, as the experience is ****ing unreal, but having waited for so long to say champions of england again i wont be too sad if we get knocked out and can just concentrate on league.

i don't know what to expect from this season, and city are obviously better equipped than us, but for now enjoying the ride.

 

Them getting the quad and pissing all over Man Utd will be small consolation to us losing the league I suppose....

 

Agree with MITO in that we should be competing and winning everything.

But we’re still building under klopp. Building a squad that can compete on all fronts takes time, luck and money.

Considering how far we’ve come since Klopp has come in, it’s incredible. But we need to keep pushing and progressing.

 

You're suggesting the same attitude to failure as EFC fans, where reaching a final but not winning is somehow more of a failure than being so crap that, like Kepa or post-1995 EFC, you've never reached a final in your career

Karius' runners-up CL medal is more than Kepa or Pickford will see
