Didn't you notice the one he landed on Harrison's head for the goal?

EDIT: Apols, late catching up with the postings.

Morning ristac. Not scapegoating Ayling at all, think he’s been a great signing but I just think he’s not really found his form since coming back from injury and he made me nervous whenever he got the ball last night. Agree with your point on Pablo but I guess if he loses it’s further up the pitch in less dangerous areas.

Morning pal, I’m not accusing yourself of scapegoating personally, just in general it seems the Leeds way. If you go on newsnow you’ll often see half a dozen trash click bait sites quoting a few twitter comments slamming an out of favour player. This then picks up momentum and a few more fans then feel it is okay to jump on the bandwagon.

It can’t do the player any good, Ayling is a decent player but he is under the microscope and he knows it. When he pulls on a Leeds shirt he gives 110% if he makes a mistake the same as someone else his one is pounced on.

We’re approaching the final stretch with a small squad, I think we just need to cut a few some slack now, we don’t need to be adding any weight to the shoulders of our own. Daniel James, you could see something in him but the Leeds fans got to him, let’s get to the opposing players and not to our own.

Seeing as I ditched Sky Sports last month I caved in to my son's pleas to take him down the pub to watch the game last night (didn't take too much persuading to be fair !) only to find that pubs are no longer able to show "red-button" games anymore. So ended up watching one of Bielsa's disciples team dispatch some Germans while following Phil Hay's twitter feed. Got some funny looks from the locals when cheering and shouting "Get in !" at seemingly random points during the Spurs game. Anyone know why red button games can't be shown in pubs now ? Presumably some dispute over money.

Watching his highlight reel, to me Phillips could be the difference between autos and missing out. He's one hell of a player. Unbelievable amount of progress under Belisa

I personally think Ayling is on the way back. Turning point was the 'Boro game for me, and a further improvement last night. Yes, he gave away a clumsy penalty (aren't they all?). It's possible he's not quite got 90 minutes of mental sharpness in him, but that will come by playing. As ever, Bielsa has been aware, and loyally persisted with him to bring him though.

Mine is a Sky Q box so not sure if that makes a difference...probably.

Sky Q shows the red button games in HD, you can record and even has a split screen feature so you can view 2 events simultaneously.

Negotiated the upgraded box last summer as part my renewal and it's been very good so far, you can even record up to six programs at the same time.

Wondered why you spend so much time on here spouting bo**ocks.

50% discount plus free upgrade and we're on their channels for over half our games every season.

Agreed that they are wa**ers but life is too short for me to rage against the machine.

Ayling was good last night and close to being very good. Encouraging signs he may be playing his way back into form apart from the lapse of concentration in conceding the penalty.

Pontus and Cooper were immense, both stepping forward to tackle or pressure an opposing player into ceding possession. They certainly make an impressive partnership and it's imperative they stay fit and available for selection during the run in.

Casilla brings a calmness and an air of authority which is helping the defence, so a good addition. He does however seem to position himself too far to one side on dangerous free kicks so that's one thing to keep an eye on.

There was a couple of times that we took on speculative shots when better options were available out wide which was disappointing. If we had kept the ball and made Swansea work harder for any possession then the last few minutes of pressure could have been avoided. This is a little bit of a recurring theme towards the end of games we are winning so needs addressing before it finally does cost us points that were in the bag.

Interesting to see Izzy Brown almost constantly warming up in earnest during the second half. Obviously very keen to get on and I think Bielsa now has him champing at the bit which can only be a good thing.

Got a nice invite to last nights game and sat at the right hand side of the Directors box.

Casilla, fitting in nicely and the defence seem more assured with him there.
Ayling, I thought he was poor, to put a challenge in when the player is facing away from goal is not ideal, his distribution was poor also.
Jannson, Stood out last night, solid performance.
Cooper, as above, there partnership was very reassuring.
Allioski, puts a massive shift in, need to be better at pin point crossing of the ball.
Philips, toss up between him and Jannson for MoM, streets ahead of Forshaw, this lad has a bright future.
Hernandez, not one of his better performances, but Swansea showed a lot of respect when he was on the ball.
Klick, drifted in and out of the game, needs to make more runs into the box, shoot more as well.
Harrison, ...............................??????............................... got a fortunate goal, thats it.
Roofe, I hope i did not see apathy creeping into his game due to the supporting role he is now playing, if so bench him early or dont start him.
Bamford, At last got some height up front, some nice touches and i do believe that this player will get us over the line, score one and the rest will come.

Izzy Brown, If he is fit then play him, if not fck him off back to Chelsea, total waste of time, plus he does not look interested in my eyes.

Referee/Officials, they really are below standard, Early on Bamford got elbowed in the face, linesman 3yd away.... nothing, ref did not even consult with him, when Ayling made that challenge from behind, and it was a very soft challenge, the ref could not blow quick enough to the spot, i just hope one day somebody lets it slip over the treatment we receive from the inadequate officials within the FA and we can go to town on the twats.

In a summing up we played very well for 75 mins, but once the penalty was given that old feeling inside comes all too often, are we going to let it slip, was impressed with Bielsa at the end, he pointed to the players and told them to walk the circumference and applaud the crowd

On the red button I did, he got down very quick and low. Kiko looked very confident with the ball at his feet, a few times he took his time in passing the ball out as though he was tempting the Swansea players forward out of position.

He made a good low save with his foot from Roberts late on Bucks, he showed a bit too much of the right side of the net at Grimes' free kick for my liking, I think it could have gone in if it hadn't took a slight deflection
Be interesting to see what the goalkeepers on here will say about his positioning<ok>

He made a regulation save. Ie it would have been a bad mistake if he let it in. But hey he played for Real Madrid a few times so let’s all knock one out every time he touches the ball <laugh>

On the free kick, Any kick that cleared the ball but not the bar near that side of the goal would have scored....He definitely showed grimes where to hit it. I make no claims to being an expert on positioning for keepers or strategy for free kicks... but personally i’d Be interested In trying some tallish guy on the post to cover the side the keeper can’t. Obviously the issue is playing people onside onside... and that’s why no one does it, but we’ve conceded or very nearly conceded a lot this season... would we really risk conceding more from trying it. I’m sure bielsa has seen the stats... and the computer says no!

Way too much room to Casilla's left. I thought he'd move over a couple of steps just before Grimes struck the ball, but did he ****, just stood rooted with the goal gaping to his left <doh>

Maybe he thought **** it it's only Matt Grimes
