    77 + 10 = 87 (assuming a like for like) .
    87 pts is not going to be enough to win the PL come May
    (IMHO at least 93 pts will be required) .

    Out of the FA and League Cups.
    Coming in the same week makes this more painful.

    And now an attackers injury plague starting up just as the
    CM/DM one looks like it has cleared.

    Tough times ahead for the squad in order to manage the PL
    gap to the Poool, and get the strongest possible starting XI
    ready for the Dortmund CL tie.

    Here is the schedule for February :

    Feb 2 : PL - Newcastle (H)
    Feb 10 : PL - Leicester (H)
    Feb 13 : CL - Dortmund (H)
    Jan 23 : PL - Burnley (A)
    Feb 27 : PL - Chelsky (A)


    Wins on the Feb 2/10/24 weeks will be most significant, given then you also
    have Citeh vs Goons / Chelsky respectively, and Man Utd vs the Poool
    (potential opportunities to gain ground on the teams above) .

    The Dortmund game IMHO is all about getting the strongest available
    possible starting XI fully match fit by that time.

    Here is the schedule for "March" :

    Feb 27 : PL - Chelsky (A)
    Mar 2 : PL - Goons (H)
    Mar 5 : CL - Dortmund (A)
    Mar 9 : PL - Soton (A)
    Mar 31 : PL - Poool (A)


    No doubting that the result against Burnley has now put
    pressure back on Spurs (the Chelsky and NLD are now
    "must win" for several reasons) . The only shining light is that
    the Poool game is a long way away, so a fully fit Kane + Alli
    back in the squad (assuming no other injuries) is highly likely.
