Kick it off, throw it in, have a little scrimmage, Keep it low, a splendid rush, bravo, win or die; On the ball, City, never mind the danger, Steady on, now's your chance, Hurrah! We've scored a goal. City!, City!, City! What an inspirational song that is. Amazing it hasn't caught on outside Norwich
See I didn't think we where that bad yesterday. I like to think I am rarely optimistic and try and remain neutral but for the first 30 minutes we where the better team. We create dquite a few openings, Grosicki was excellent, Kingsley often overlapping and creating uncertainty in their back line. We pressed Huddlestone and a few of their midfielders. Then we tired very quickly, we needed a change after 50 minutes but Adkins has got barely anything wrong for months so I don't think you can blame this on him. Second half we barely laid a finger on them but I thought their first goal was offside and they didn't create anything before that and that could change a game. Derby did deserve to win not going to dispute that at all, just didn't feel like we played that bad. We seemed to give up after the second which was disappointing. However, chanting "We are staying up" was a nice little addition at the end.
I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight , is patty an acceptable alternative to pattie or not ? Why are some people talking about football on a matchday thread on a football website , never mind that , what about this important issue
With the way things are panning out at Chelsea, 'Frank Lampard's Derby County' will shortly be reverting to plain old simple Derby County. I see that the Chelsea manager stormed off at Man City and refused to shake Pep's hand, not sure what was going on there, but writing is on the wall for him.
