Been in an hour, usually click on here. But i decided i best prepare some scran for later.. So i've gone kinda random. I've half cooked some chips (not random. I've fried some onion, sausage, bacon and sweetcorn, but with a twist, i've added some Tom Yum paste to spice it up.. I've got 6 beaten eggs with worcester sauce, waiting to be added to it. So it'll be an eggy mess, egg fu yung, scrambled egg, ****ed up kinda thing.
This is more Mediterranean style, fried in olive oil then dried oregano, dried chili, Lemon, garlic, black pepper some stock and slow cooked for 3 hours.
Off out for this tonight. Having the mussels and then pork belly. A **** load of Malbec too hopefully.
He made a BLT last week and he was out of bacon so used black pudding instead. He was also out of bread, lettuce and tomato, so just piled a load of hash browns and eggs in as well.
