i was browsing the Blackburn forum earlier and found this preview - I thought this was a very good well-balanced overview. Interesting opinion of one of our ex players right at the end - they don’t like him at all!!
Is there anyone doing this kind of reporting for Bristol City? I liked his "despicable" comment about Bradley Orr because I thought the guy was the south end of a north bound horse and his behaviour has left a bad taste in many mouths from his less than friendly activities outside a local watering hole. Good riddance in my books. On another note this will be a difficult fixture and we need to be clinical if we are to come away with any points, but right now we are more than capable of winning against anyone, anywhere. So go and do the business lads.
He's a little eccentric, but a well produced, balanced and entertaining video. A tough game as Blackburn have largely been in good form recently, though their throwing away of a two goal lead to end up being spanked 5-2 by Brentford last week is an obvious blot. A draw would be a fine result, but definitely a chance to keep this train moving and get another valuable win - surely it's destined for Kasey Palmer to have a hand in the winning goal?!
Apparently Dack and Graham are both in a race against time to be fully fit for Saturday - could take away some of their cutting edge and improve our chances of a good result...
Makes me happy....bit like our champions campaign in League 1 a few years ago...those were happy, happy days. Really a terrific result against a good Blackburn team....and a league double over them. Well done LJ & the boys.
Very, very good away win. Getting exciting now. With Leeds, Sheffield United and Middlesborough dropping points this was a great result. COYR!
It’s amazing. We just need to keep our heads - Fielding and Wright picked up yellow cards today - apparently their Travis should have had a red (even the Blackburn fans say that) We need to keep our discipline and stay injury free - then the world and all that is in it is ours!!
I watched the game they should have Travis sent off and Wright should have gone as well. Both were taken off by their managers.
Absolutely brilliant result and I must confess I too am starting to have dreams of something special going on with City. Well done Lee and the lads and I would think it was too tight a game to bring on Semenyo, but he will get his chance.
