Royston this list is from the very beginning of the forum - early 2011.

If you’re not real who is writing your posts?

I've watched Bolton, Millwall and Rotherham give us a hard time at Carrow Road this season, we were late pulling chestnuts out of the fire for Bolton and Millwall and took a long time to crack Rotherham. If you're set up well I think we can still be a bit brittle, particularly if we're pressed quickly. In all those games the opposition ran out of steam whereas we are very very fit and can still play well late on. Teams that want to open up and play will generally not do well as we are good with space to play in. I'm not sure you have the enough players who can press effectively and for long enough but I suspect it will be a long first half and then open up in the second and that is where we win it. If we score an early goal then your player will have real mental battle to keep going and in that situation it could turn into a rout. If you score first it won't mean much to City as we've retrieved that so many times this year, I'm often happier when we go a goal down as it seems to spur them on and keep them sharper.

Should be a cracking game though.

I can vouch for this feeling. When we’ve gone a goal down I sigh in relief because at least I can stop worrying about whether we can get anything out of the game for another week!

The sad thing is regarding town this season, when we go 1-0 down, especially away from home I honestly think ' well there's no getting out of this one ' which is a horrible and sad attitude to have.

This first goal is huge tomorrow. If we score it, of course Norwich have the fire power to win the game still - however it would help massively.

If Norwich score it, does anyone realistically think we can win? perhaps draw, certainly not win.

Yeah, it does sound weird but we've gone one down early on in lots of games and it just seems we have more intensity afterwards. Having said that, I was very pleased to see an early goal against Leeds last week. <laugh>

If we concede early on it could get bloody awful.

I think if we concede early, it could be a mare match. But, if we poach an early goal, and stay fit on our feet, and give it mucho passion, we might just have Carrow road rocking, but our seasons despair will set in as we give away....

2 pens, a soft shot from nowhere, and an idiot free kick.....legs tire...Bart throttles one of our FBs
and any lingering hopes we have, vanish.

    4-1

    Hope I am totally wrong!

Coyb! Going to try and watch this.

All I ask, given the league positions is fighting spirit. Fly into tackles bottle nothing and be fired up. That is all I ask today. That may be very unambitious, but keep it tight early on and grow into the game.

I won’t tolerate a limp 3.0 loss with people not having a go.

Coyb - they are a good side but not Barcelona. Don’t show Norwich too much respect.

Lambert has a 100% record in the Derby. That's about the only good omen.

Interesting that Jonas starts...good move by PL... he likes a goal against them and will hopefully be fired up

Just goes to show how silly the whole episode was.

Nolan in also and Chalobah and Skuse back in together.

    But same old tired formation.

A line up from a man who has no real strategy and no progression, but then we already knew that.

That’s only half the story though. Let’s see the players fired up and causing some problems from the off.

Norwich are probably shooting fish in a barrel but especially in a derby, anything can happen on the day.

Let’s wreck their season, deny them promotion points and reclaim the bragging rights !

Jonas hasn’t played for weeks & neither has Nolan..

We seem intent on picking players lacking match fitness at the minute
