Not the best game to see our new signings shine, or maybe it is if they can beat Barnsley who seem to be on fire at the moment, if we get something from this we can beat anyone. The 8 game form table puts us at 19th place and Barnsley at 1st place, not a good start looking for omens in our favour. We did scrape a point against a poor Coventry side who have earned just 2 points out of their last 5 games, the problem is the other point Coventry won was at home against AFC Wimbledon (another crap team) AFC in their very next game lost at home to...you guessed it.... Barnsley (1 - 4) Regardless of the fickle finger of fate doing it's worst to shake our nerve, I'm going for the win. Gillingham 2 v 1 Barnsley (List, Eaves, Moore) I forgot to say the Coventry v AFC game also finished as a 1 - 1 draw.
