This is a result of Grayson's hit & miss scattergun transfer policy. It's why we end up with too many players covering one position,not enough players in other areas,players playing out of their natural position. Bearing in mind Grayson is supposed to be operating within a tight budget its a bit wastefu to say the least.
Most of his budget has been spent on centre backs of the same level, who he chops and changes between, without ever solving the problem of too many goals being conceded.
If Forrsell turns out to be another waste like O'Brien, Bessone, Paynter and Bruce I will lose faith in his ability. I didn't want us to sign him, it doesn't excite me but he is a Leeds player now so we need to support him until we have reason not to. - Must agree with you
Grayson really does him self no favours - He is so full of sh1te its actually boring now and have stopped reading article's he is involved in as he is really annoying and dull. I think he must be too close to Bates as he starting to produce as much verbal cr&p as the old sod

Its sad isnt it? I sad to Dom Matteo yesterday that he is the only one who seems to write the truth for the YEP about our club & his response was that someone has too! I wonder when Ken will try & shut him down as well. I only read Matteo's articles now as he isnt on Bates pay roll.
As far as I know, Bates can't ban Matteo as he doesn't have any shares or ownership of the YEP. It's the media he owns and the people that are employed in this media that must conform to the company communication and media policy. I read Matteo's comments and they appear to me written as a supporter with concerns over the way this club is going and the players being brought in. Exactly what most of us think.
We might have signed Forsell because SG sees McCormack as a replacement on the left wing for Gradel and Somma is out for the entire season, meaning we need 4 strikers - Keogh, Becchio, Paynter and Forsell. But if that's not true, it doesn't really make any sense. We already have 5 strikers...
Glad to hear that. Dom cares about the club & says what he see's. unbelieveable some people still buy the Gray/Lorimer bullshit. Its so sad as the guys are legends & when I met both of them they still have a passion for Leeds that is plain to see. Shame there being used as puppets to spread Bates bullshit & to avoid addressing the glaring issues like lack of quality or investment in the team
