Sir Stan, I beg to differ. Under Sarri we’re in the advanced stages of 3 Cups and well capable of winning all 3. :1980_boogie_down:

....Stan, we’ve been through this before. No one at Chelsea in 1970 referred to the FA Cup as a ‘Mickey Mouse’ Cup when we first won it. Likewise, when this club won its first knock out Cup that was the league Cup in 1965 and its first European Cup that was the Cup Winners Cup in 1971. Visit the Chelsea museum at the back of the Matthew Harding Stand for the proof in what I’m writing.

Hence why you have no clue what it means to be a real fan. The 97 fa cup final win was one of the greatest days in my life.

    Mine too.
Will always remember going mental when Di Matteo scored in the final, 42 seconds from kick-off!

I remember being about 6-7 when Chelsea lost 4-0 in the fa cup final many years ago. I cried because I never thought I’d see Chelsea win anything. Seeing them win the fa cup was one of the best days of my early supporting years.

I was 12 and went to every game bar one in that cup run including the final. Heart breaking to lose and we'd had such a good first half as well. Got soaked on the benches and had to watch United doing their photo with the cup in front of us.

The name David Ellery (the ref that day) still haunts me!!!

    Had 97 sweeter though!

That's why 'fans' like Stan get on my nerves so much. They have no clue. Just too used to constant success since he choose to follow us, probably just after the C.L final or something like that.
