“Lovely Stadium, really looking forward to playing in front of the fans”

Marc, you’re doing your interview in front of the fans.

Defenders generally don’t like playing against quick players.

There won't be many defenders in this
League that can Live with those three's pace.....
    Gonna be interesting!!!!!

Imagine as a defender thinking , thank god he's going off and then you look and see another one with fresher legs coming on...

Agree completely with GLP and TC. Great interview and his record at Bournemouth...nine years, longest serving player, versatile with pace and goal scoring ability, just what we need. I'd see him initially in Evandro's position, backing him up off the bench or able to replace either winger if they're injured. An attacking four of Bowen, Grosicki, Campbell, and Pugh would be a threat to any of our play-off rivals. Just hope we can sign him after the loan ends!!!

You can almost see why Nige has brought him in. If his performance on the pitch can match his enthusiasm & positivity he'll be a big asset.
Is he captain material in the wings I wonder ?

Sometimes when you watch the Tigers TV interviews of new players, they say the right things, pleased to be here etc etc. But this interview was more of can we get the game moved forward to Friday...I dont see that he'll be needing time to 'settle in'.... seems he's 'in' already.

Now defensive cover and a striker please...

Asked a Bournemouth supporting mate what he thought about Pugh and this is his reply
"Firstly he’s a genuinely good lad and everybody loves… 100% player with a good stepover and Cruyff turn. Predominantly right footed, but plays on the left, and is a genuine fans legend.

Does provide a goal threat, from inside and outside and is actually a decent finisher. Works his arse off when defending, and has a great attitude

Only thing he lacks (and you really notice in Premier League) is that he isn’t genuinely quick, and never has been to be fair

If he plays in a system that suits him you will all think he’s great. I promise "

Cover for Grosciki or as replacement? Or a signing to strengthen/bolster the squad?

Whatever, he is a really good signing.

Get a bloody centre half through the door asap.

I don't agree with much in the rag that is The Hull Daily Mail, but I agree with this 100%

Hull City urged to sign Chelsea loanee Todd Kane on a permanent deal this month......

    Get it done.....
    And Evandro, Hendrickson,
Marshall, and anyone else in their last year......
    If you ****ing wait...
    It will be too late....

A really good interview and he speaks very well. If he can have a similar impact as Harry Wilson last season, who knows where that will take us.

I'd like to think it would take us to an earlier sale of the club by the odious pair John, but I very much doubt it. I think I am wishing for the impossible though.

I’d take Danny Batth on loan.

Pronounced Baff and not Barth, obviously.

Actually, I think he is of Indian descent, in which case it would be Batt. And not Bart.

No, if he’s of Indian descent he’d surely look more like this...
