Cardiff new signing Sala appears to be on a small plane that has gone missing whilst in the air around channel Islands. He was apparently flying from Nantes to Cardiff after saying good bye to his French teammates Sent from my STF-L09 using Tapatalk
Without taking away from what might turn out to be a very sad tragedy, it puts paid to the myth that it is only QPR with that sort of luck. Hope he and his fellow travelers are ok.
As unlikely as it seems, I just hope and pray they find him alive and well. I despise CCFC with a vengeance but wish no harm to anyone like this.
I've only just seen this as I haven't had the telly or radio on all day. Such a sad event, thoughts are with Sala's family and the pilot's as I doubt anyone could survive in those conditions. Apparently the waves were 2 metres high last night and it was near to freezing in the area.
Sad news and I pray that he & others on the plane are found safe & well, although I do fear the worst.
Terrible stories coming through the press this morning that Sala was in contact with friends and family and said the plane was "falling to pieces" and he thought it was going to crash. So awful. RIP Sent from my STF-L09 using Tapatalk
You have to ask who provided the plane? A single engined plane over the Channel in not too good weather isn't a great idea, no commercial flight would use that, always twin engined. Certainly sounds dodgy from texts he was sending...
