He shouldn’t be punished at all. He technically did nothing wrong.

I'm assuming he (spy) was on public land? If so, then I agree, no punishment.
Hopefully they award every team they beat the three points and deduct it from them

If you say no punishment why do you want points deductions?

The thing I find the most hilarious is just the ridiculous level of awe at the analysis that Bielsa presented in his PowerPoint. As if he is some sort of innovator.

As my day job involves data analysis for an Olympic Sport I have to provide similar such data to our performance director and Head Coaches on plenty of athletes, competitions etc.. so it's not as revolutionary as Joe public on the street is making it out to be. In fact it's pretty much common practice across all sports

Agreed scowey; there’s a lot of people getting a semi on because a football manager has shown he can use PowerPoint slides and some data to inform his tactical decisions instead of just screaming ‘get rid of it’ and ‘knock it up and onto his ‘ed, son.’ You’d think he’d reinvented the wheel...

As for spying. Really? If u allow people to come watch your training sessions u would, wouldn’t u? If it was behind closed doors and they trespassed to gain access for an unfair advantage maybe a sanction is needed. Points or a fine I’m not sure. Maybe they’re all at it and he was just the one who got caught.
