GSK have the highest security of any company I have to pick up or drop off at, all to do with the animal rights nutters...
This, when I was a manager for a large IT company in West London, was always one of my last standard interview questions. I thought it showed people's dreams, imagination, hopes, creativity and aspirations! So many people could never even give me an answer, they obviously never got the job! I never cared what the answer was it was their dream and I respected it, got some strange responses, but those that actually gave an answer were always short listed.
If I had the money, an alternative pub would be a dream. Lots of music (not just gigs but great playlists and occasional themes of goth, post punk, brit pop to mix it up). Pitch a good vibe and not too exclusive and not too Wetherspoons-esque. Aside from that, I'd love to write a book. Something thought provoking and insightful.

Mountaineering guide. Spending your days leading walking parties up Snowdon, Been Nevis and the like? Heaven.

I wished I had been an airline pilot and trained for that. The Mrs said go for it and become a Kamikazi pilot. A football commentator would also be good dream job.
I recommend reading 'On Writing' by Stephen King Strolls. You won't need to go on a course after reading that.
Being a pilot and Flying a two seater Spitfire, allowing my passengers a chance to sample just a small bit of heaven.
When I was a kid living on the White City Estate I wanted to be a Milkman, because I thought they kept all the money they got. How about Jude The Cat.
