I watched Bristol City vs Norwich about a month ago and although this is the only time I've seen him play Callum O'Dowda was absolutely superb in this game. He'd be a great signing.

 

It's time they were accountable EFL too much of a monopoly and the FA. Any contentious decisions should be sent to arbitration. I will even give of my valuable time to act as chairman, committee and decision maker.
As a example of my qualifications for this task the decision I would make in the Derby v Leeds case is as follows.
Mr Bielsa to be given a special award for exceptional dedication in carrying out his duties in a professional manner.
Mr Lampard to be given a pair of balls sorry binoculars and to attend the next three Leeds practice sessions after which he will be asked questions on what he has learnt also he would be sanctioned for bringing the game into disrepute and to re-sit his management exams.
