Grosicki is so much better when he's a team player but there were some occasions in the second half when he took pot shots which were really a waste. His shooting isn't that great he should just take care of what he's better at which is creating for others.
Adkins said in his post-match interview, that he told Grosicki at half time, to shoot rather than pass (as he thought he'd passed when he should have shot in the first half).
