Got a free bet in the 12 20 southwell will have to do a bit of studying , low grade sand dancers , hard to work out! !
well , i've gone for an unexposed Karl Burke horse , has run in much better races than this , makes his handicap debut in lowly company , Agent Smith 10/1
Good luck. I quite like BAWTRY LADY 11/1 in that. Seems to be improving with racing and the pedigree suggests that the step up to 7f might well suit. The yard also has their charges in fine fettle just now.
Just one race of interest for me. The 2.50 Punchestown is the Moscow Flyer Novice Hurdle that sees a couple of Willie Mullins horses and two from the Elliott yard. There is only maiden hurdle form of a modest enough level from those sexier profiled horses at the head of the market and I went with Harrington's Jetez who won a handicap in nice style last time. He's highest rated at the moment and that was a decent new personal best from him last time. Swordsman and Harrie are both taking quite a drop in trip from their last starts and with Jetez proven at the 2 miles I feel he's better value at 9/2. 2.50 Punchestown Jetez 9/2 was my sole bet of the day.
Morning 1.55 Southwell-Mixboy @ 11-4 [Ladbrokes] Jack of all trades this boy, flat, jumps, hurdles, chases, turf, all weather...
Tough race anything can win but Easterby only runner, Evans only ride 7/1 uh uh chongo, they did the same at southwell the other week 1 ride 1 runner and it won so i'd opt for that
peter fahey going on a money spinner? R/fc in the 2 30 and a winner in the 3 00? Franny norton only ride Great Hall for micky quinn, Dods sends two all the way there, **** me there's a lot i could fancy today Jetz and Jetez how confusing @ Punche, double awaits
Punch 3.20- Big field go to post and Im going to take a chance the Mullins french import Elixir D'Ainey will be to good for this lot.Not much to go on other than he won a french bumper and has an entry in the Deloitte hurdle next month which suggests he must be pleasing Willie on the Closutton gallops. The obvious danger is the odds on Elliot jolly but im happy to take a punt on ED to take this race at 3/1.
Really miss the Irish racing on ATR on a Sunday in particular. However have put a couple of Rachel Blackmore's rides (A Plus Tard and Mysloegin) in a patent with ol boy Henryville up at Kelso. 11/10, 12/1 and 7/1 respectively. Good luck all.
Done 5 lucky 15's at southwell had 5 in the first and not one even in the first 5 knew this would happen
Prophetic words from the Timeform blurb for that race regarding Burke:- "Yard get some big-priced winners here" Sadly they put those words in Agent Smith's summary.
Only sixth but ran ok. Had to use up a lot of gas from stall 14 and then drifted the whole way across in the straight. Stayed on again at the death.
hi fellas! kelso,2 40 CHOOCHOOBOOGALOO may not be the most straightforward, but nothing wrong with her recent form, especially last time out, which is working out well enough.good chance..
