    A guy on the 606 text commentary of the Pool match says "Whatever reputation precedes Salah, that was a definite penalty." Which kind of misses the point. NO reputation precedes Salah, regardless of what he does. How many "definite penalties" did Bale not get because of "reputation". But reputation doesn't get attached to certain teams or players. I'm guessing the bookies will refuse to give odds on the next match being won by a Salah penalty. Just wait for the pundits trotting out their cliches "it's the sign of a good team that wins when not playing well". That perhaps, and not having to worry about penalty decisions."

    So a clea sheet and 3 points with one bonfide CB.

    Matip returns next game and possibly Gomez the game after that. We have 2 games in 18 days so the squad will now have get the rest it needs.

    Can't see City dropping points tomorrow so this was much needed.

    The Salah stuff is getting really tedious. Non-#spineless mods should start demanding anyone accusing Salah should post their evidence or else get bans for #racism

    His injury came at a bad time and he hasn't really recovered. While Fab started slowly and improved, he's done the exact opposite.

    Seen enough of Keita to know he has the ability. He just looks a bit lost of the pitch though and complete lack of effort.
