Thomas Muller banned for Liverpool Champions League games. https://www.skysports.com/football/...r-banned-for-liverpool-champions-league-games
That's for Lawro's prediction thingy. He's got us down for a draw. I'm not sure why so many think the wheels are going to fall off just because we lost to City.
I have been reading somewhere that our records are usually not good in January. They also said that about November. As for Lawro, he likes to sit on the fence. I believe we are going to win since he went for a draw.
nope. Chelsea this year 154mil net Chelsea 2017/18 80 mil net Chelsea 2016/17 51mil net Chelsea 2015/16 9.1mil net 294.1mil Liverpool this year 127.5 mil (sold a player this month) 2017/18 -28 mil net 2016/17 -6.5 mil net 2015/16 28mil net 121mil So.... over 4 years cheslea have spent double what LFC have. even over ONE year its not comparible. We are trying to shift anouther one or even 2 dead wood. you might sell willian... Who knows. BUt... you've spent FAR more than us
Our record wasnt good for december or november before that i believe. We have been beating records so far point wise compared to what we have in past. Plus lawro works for bbc salford he is not allowed to be positive about us or get his p45 lol.
Block of 4.... Block 6 is always january. 3 years ago 4 from 12.... 2 years ago 2 form 12 points, lost league cup SF, lost in FA cup Last year not so bad, 9 points out of 12. lost in FA cup... but league cup as went out early. If you look back far enough historically we were out of any hope in league by block 3. thats when any europe started. klopp has resolved that one.
Plus they probably at anytime havent weakened team to have to buy we have. Always a point that gets lost when trying to wum us. Not aimed at you bobby.
again.. all data in blocks of 4 chart. the red line shows historic form in league. november and january clear dip in form months.. the smoothing due to klopp's years fixing the form makes these look less and less bad as time goes on. Whats also very celar is after the january blues we have stellar February. the data also shows that we've tailed off quite significantly every year. Chasing europa and LC are a part of that but not all of it. Theres no reason however to assume any of these things will happen just cos a trend line says it will. Desire to win and knowing you've a big chance to claim the title means we shouldn't see a big tail off.... i do emphasise shouldn't.
Most people are basing their opinion on our defensive problems, believing that it's going to affect us. I sincerely respect Brighton, but believe that it is a game we need to win ugly.
... That article following "Why Liverpool face the most competitive title in history" and "Do neutrals not want Liverpool to win the league", they're excelling themselves today. But as for the local club it's all positivity.
Do we think its the organization themselves or just those at the top? They must have people who work for them who are told what to do and say who think ffs really!!
Cheslea are the most successful club of the last ten years. In that time they've had 10 managers and paid them all off as well which is a huge wedge of dosh. Chelsea sales have usually been their loanees and kids. Matic, costa, oscar, luis, cech and ramieries have all been sold as what you might consider first team players. cecc is a stretch. they replaced matic with kante. Costa has been a n issue for them as their drogba replacement and their league position imo is largely down to this. Morata bought to replace. the others were all moved on for other players who were taking their first team slot anyway LFc lost coutinho and suarez and failed to replace. Last year we spent the money on strengthening the other areas of squad and did it much better than coutinho money. One might think that ox was bought as we know barca were coming back in for coutinho.... if one was a conspiracy nut. LFc right now have Probably 10 of the 11 that klopp would love. (alisson TAA, Gomez, VVD robertson, Keita, Ox, (is fabinho his ideal for CM?) Slah, mane firmino Don't have real depth under this but have 5 or 6 guys klopp really likes and fillers Cheslea on the other hand are waiting with trepidation on Hazard and want shut of morata. these are really absolutely key to cheslea's next souple of years It'll be interesting.
