To be fair the lad is struggling and it's kind of obvious something is genuinely up with him . Employers have a duty of care which is made harder when papers highlight and exaggerate every indiscretion. He does tend to bring it on himself though it's almost as if he is unaware that he will end up all over the tabloids with his ridiculous antics. That's possibly symptomatic of his illness though.

He increasingly reminds me of Gascoigne. They both desperately crave attention and adoration, but when they get it they can't deal with it and act in a totally inappropriate manner. Could you not swap him for that decent young centre back that Hibs have?
