Seems like Bayern have made him their number one target and we want 22.5m+

He’ll agree terms if we accept a bid.

Not sure about this, part of me thinks if we put a buy back clause on it we should go for it, could almost turn out to be more of a loan deal, assuming it goes well and then we bring him back whereas we still get a fee if he doesn’t hit it off.

Other side of me thinks we should just be rejecting it and giving him more minutes with us, especially as a space seems to have opened up with Hazard playing through the middle for now.

Interested to see what others think?

Makes my brain ache to think we are even considering this, and at the same time buy Pulisic ,is that his name ?
We are allegedly looking at re buying Ake and Thorgen Hazard, lost Salah and De Bruyne, and have obviously learned exactly nothing.

Every kid on our books should know they will NEVER get into the first team, and everyone of them should leave as soon as a decent Club comes in for them.
RLC is also looking fed up, along with Christensen and no doubt Ampadu, Mason Mount et al will soon come to the same conclusion. Michy seems to have no chance of making it here nor does Tammy. We destroy more kids careers than we make.

    Shameful and soul destroying.

On the Tammy point he isn't pulling trees up at Villa, indeed it seem to be his level. Like he is no Rashford.

Looks like I stirred up something in him 2 more goals for Villa today although both from 6 or so yards. Talked to a Season ticket holder at Villa today he says he is underrated by me and will be a great asset to any team in the Prem. The fact that he gets the chances and converts will make him a better option than Morata or Girou, we could see an early return if that injury is as bad as it looked. His ankle completely rolled over in that fall, nasty one methinks.

He is playing against Championship defenses though, when he was on loan in the PL he was dog ****.
    Hopefully he has improved.
Next season i would like to see us loan him to a lower PL side, maybe someone like Leeds or whoever gets promoted.

Didn't look too flash, ankles usually hurt something awful, so if ligaments are damaged, could be a month out , and not training ,so a week or two more to get re fit.
Tammy or Michy would seem a logical recall, neither could be worse than Morata and they will cost sod all . Better that than 40 mill spent on an unproved/ ageing/stopgap striker and see it out until we can get in exactly the right player next summer.
Looks as if we might lose RLC and Hudson Odoi to loans at best, or sales at worst. That would reduce the chances of Hazard continuing as false 9, so Tammy and /or Michy might well be sensible.

I'd be open to recalling Michy.
Tammy can stay where he is, he needs to finish this season at Villa, then another loan spell at a PL club next year before he is ready for us,

Yeah, loads of reports saying Wolves want him permanently for around 20m.

We need to see how he copes on loan first, I know he didn’t set the world alight at Swansea but they were a poor team. Still think there is enough about him for a squad role with us especially with all the homegrown players were expected to lose in Jan and the summer.

This Tammy thing seems silly. He'll still be worth that in a year's time so we may as well see how he develops in that time. He needs some P.L experience at a club who will play him.

Tbh im hoping hazard is our long term striker. I really dislike him playing on the wings. Too busy hogging the balk in non dangerous positions, drifting away so we lack width and he doesnt have the energy to attack AND defend against the modern athletic full back. Play him as a false 9 or in the hole.

I would prefer us to focus on our wingers. Hope hudson gets more gametime but unfortunately for him he got injured.

Hows mason mount doing at derby? Whats his position?

Tbh i would be happy to give emerson a go at left wing. Pretty skillful and bags of pace.

Pulisic is definitely ahead of the curve. In all honesty hudson hasn't done anything yet but we know he is talented.

Pulisic has over 80 games in the bundesliga.

The only things i would have concerns about is his productiveness and how he adapts to the physicality of the PL. I'm always up for someone whos pacey and a dribbler though

    Stats for bundesliga from ESPN

Pulisic goal return is pretty disappointing for a wide forward...

I think Hudson Odoi will leave and I don’t blame him. Willian has been so underwhelming this season so I’m amazed Odoi hasnt played more. Add to that he’s seen the progress of Sancho and he probably fancies doing something similar.

Yes, I think we have had the best out of Willian, maybe this is the year to cut the strings and sell him to spurs.

I think mostly it's because Willian normally plays right side and CHO seems to play more left side so with Hazard in every week he's not getting a chance.

Now Hazard is being used at 9, I would expect CHO to get more of a chance.

We're not winning the league this year and are still in 3 cup comps. CHO should be given a real chance over the next 4-5 months to prove himself. Bayern will still have him in the summer if that's how it pans out. We know what Pedro and Willian can do and we've probably seen the best days of both already.

CHO had a good game on the right in the cup and was the outstanding player on the day. I know it was a championship side but he looked far better than Willian has for quite a while.
