Where the hell are my loyalty points?

I was under the impression that you got one for every (competitive) away game you went to. The last point I got was from Liverpool last season. Since then I've been to pre-seasons (not expecting any there), Scunthorpe, and purchased Villa and Wolves tickets and I'm still on 4, although Wolves will be my 11th away game.

Have they stopped giving them out? Is the system broken? Anyone else having these problems?

 

I've been to Boro (CCC), West Brom (EPL), Wigan (EPL), Liverpool (EPL), Darlington (friendly) & Leeds (friendly) that's 6 games and I only have 3 loyalty points.

 

I have only started my loyalty points this season, but I've ordered Villa and Wolves tickets and I still have 0!

Carlisle (fr)
Rangers (fr)
Man City (PL)
Wigan (PL)
Blackburn (PL)
Liverpool (PL)
Darlo (fr)
Leeds (fr)
Scunthorpe (CC)

And going to: Villa (PL)
Wolves (PL)

[Plus bought someone else a Chelsea ticket on my account so have one off that)

Ones in Green I have points for.
Ones in Red I think I should have points for but don't.

Shouldn't get any for friendlies and didn't get any from Man City cause I bought them on members sale apparently.

 

There's been no explanation how the point system works. I'm on 3 and I've only been to one game this season which is more than some of you who have been to more games? Doesn't seem to be any logic to it, it needs clarifying so everyone knows where they stand.
