Started off tense and nervy for both for about 10 mins, then we had a good period for approx 10 mins, then it was mostly City but a bit deadlocked till the goal
In the end it comes down to one or two moment like i said before game. Mane misses ours and Aguero rapes lovren and smashes it. Not sure what people think a keeper can do there. Either your hand shoots up and blocks it or it doesn't.
Even first half. They had 1 half chance and scored, we had 1 good chance and missed. They shoukd be down to 10 unfortunately though but what can you do. Kompany like seems to have a way of avoiding red cards for horro tackles in the way Fernandinho avoids yellows for 10 fouls a game. They've been the better side so far but we've had our moments too. How close was that goal line clearance ffs!!! Wijnaldum booked for nothing leaving Sane to get away with a shocker was a tad ****ing annoying
Hasn’t come together for us has it? One of those games where we just don’t look like having it our own way.
The reality is souness is right. Fernandinho and David Silva have to be a bit suspect to keep this up and in the end this game could come down to who cracks first. City have nothing to replace fernandinho as Delphi and gundogan are out yeah? David Silva has kdb waiting. I've no idea which we will put on first.
