Nah - just enjoying pointing out that they haven't won in 28 years. May not get the chance to say it much longer
PSG seems to be the most linked but is that just because they are French and he is too? Not sure they'd use Doucouré as much more than a squad player like when Cabeye went there.
me wrecking my head , should have seen that , breaking their premier cherry , they could do a double even , they are a mighty side atm , i do like their manager, they play exhilarating football when on the front foot .....
Interesting article... that says he will not be going in January.... well I hope so! https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/foot...oulaye-doucoure-future-clarified-psg-13794615
Great clubs do have barren periods Dan. Man Utd didn't win the league between 1967 and 1992 but it didn't stop them being a great club. The same applied to Real Madrid who didn't win the European Cup between 1966 and 1998. They have been waiting for a manager who really understands the club - who could take over in the tradition of Shankly, Paisley, Joe ***an, KD, and Klopp really knows what makes the club tick.
No...well I guess in the end it may be a bit like Ricky, if it’s €50m then it’s an offer we can’t really refuse.
Alas... but who knows, really? Speculation thus far is all it can be, though I doubt he'll be with us come July, short of a major injury. €50+ would swing it I'd have thought, too.
Interesting isn't it that in a season where Capoue as arguably outperformed Doucoure that nobody appears interested in him.
There is people saying that PSG could loan him back to us for the rest of the season ,which would keep most of s happy
