Still don't get why he gets his jobs. Did nothing in the past really and didn't do too much at wolves and then gets the Everton job for some reason and they are as average as ever.

He's conned people

 

Silva had some great record with a couple.of side at home and took the hull jobs and did the same even though they went down.

as of now it's not looking good for Everton.
