Thought we played really well today, especially in the second half. The players work so hard for everything (bar the goal ironically) and Rondon is a class act - he holds the ball up so well, and never stops running! I think we can be proud of the heart we show but we really do lack that bit of quality, especially in the middle and out wide. A number 10 with a bit of composure and a winger who can beat a man and put crosses in for Rondon and we'll be safe. Regardless, I'm surprised that are quite a few people who want a change in manager. Surely there's nobody out there that can make these players world beaters? Rafa the best man for the job for me! Also, apologies for a long rant!
All I could think through the match is we'd be easy mid-table with just one playmaker. Considering the state of our squad, that's fair impressive. Considering Rafa's been asking for a playmaker since we got promoted , it's also infuriating.
